Rich - Proprietor.
Rich founded Carnaby Scooters in 2013 establishing the business as a leading UK dealership.
A scooterist and self proclaimed Mod, Rich rides just about every day of the year and loves nothing more than putting people on two wheels. His passion for delivering the right product to the right customer with customer service paramount runs through the team. Rich truly believes that "It's all about you".

Alice - Retail Assistant.
Alice brings an artistic flair to our retail displays through her retail experience together with a new voice to the telephone answering service and a friendly approach to our instore customer assistance.

Jim - Technician.
Jim holds a wealth of 40 years experience working on motorcycles. His main asset is that he will not be rushed. "If a job needs doing, do it properly". Jim chooses to ride a 50 year old Honda 350 to work but has a large collection of motorcycles to choose from. A real enthusiast.


Christel - Events & IT Support.
In addition to supporting the team at events, Christel is our online social media back up. Forever alert to your comments, questions and enquiries. Christel is an every day scooter rider!

​Sarah - Events Support.
Sarah flies the Carnaby Flag at events and festivals! A professional events assistant who is passionate about the Retro scene.
