This means we get a full understanding of the vehicles history by speaking to the current owner, visiting their homes and gaining a full understanding of the cars history. We ask about where the car was purchased, what parts have been used, where it was serviced as well as many other crucial questions. We then decide if that car is for us and if we are happy to pass the vehicle on to another deserving owner.
