All our vehicles are prepared by registered workshops, with full receipts for any work carried out by Pristine Car Sales Ltd. When you visit us, we’ll provide all available documentation for the vehicle you’re interested in, ensuring full transparency and peace of mind.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We do not store credit or debit card details, nor do we share customer information with third parties.

Delivery Policy
Once a deposit has been received, we can arrange delivery or collection of your new vehicle. (Delivery charges may apply—please contact us for details.)

Refund & Cancellation Policy
A holding deposit may be placed on any vehicle, subject to viewing it in person. Deposits made on-site are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Distance Sales Scheme Statement
Pristine Car Sales Ltd does not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined in The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you choose to purchase without viewing the vehicle at our premises, the standard 14-day cancellation period will not apply. All other statutory rights remain unaffected. In the event a vehicle needs to be returned, all associated costs will be the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
